Established in 2000 as a contributory organization of the City of Litoměřice, it supports people with intellectual and combined disabilities, including autism spectrum conditions, as well as families seeking childcare and rehabilitation. The centre emphasizes professional care, respect, individual attention, and cooperation with families. Its multidisciplinary team includes educators, childcare staff, a nurse, a physiotherapist, and social-care professionals. Facilities include accessible spaces, a garden with play equipment, a Snoezelen multisensory room, and a ceramics workshop. Based in Litoměřice, SRDÍČKO serves people beyond the city and receives support from the city, the Ústí nad Labem Region, businesses, and foundations.
