## Description

The Evans Network of Companies is a nationwide transportation and logistics provider founded in 1939 by Albert Evans Sr. in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. Evolving from an asset-heavy less-than-truckload carrier, the company has become a major asset-light, independent intermodal drayage provider in North America. Its services include intermodal and drayage, truckload, flatbed, LTL and final-mile delivery, and broader transportation and logistics solutions. The company works with a nationwide network of agents and carriers to serve shipping needs across multiple modes.

The Evans Network also offers opportunities for freight agents, independent contractors, drivers, and vendor carriers. Agents can access administrative support, including accounts receivable, cash management, regulatory compliance, risk management, and insurance, as well as sales and marketing resources, technology, training, and access to management. Drivers and carriers can explore freight opportunities, including intermodal, dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, and LTL shipments. With more than 750 locations, the network provides transportation capacity and freight opportunities across the United States.
