## Description

Century Guild is a renowned brand that operates a museum, gallery, and archive dedicated to Art Nouveau and Symbolist artworks. Founded in 1999 by artist and historian Thomas Negovan, Century Guild aims to bridge the aesthetics and ideals of the late 19th century with the present. Their focus lies in researching, preserving, and exhibiting works from Germany, Austria, France, and Italy, particularly from the period between 1870 and 1940, which spans the Industrial Revolution through the Weimar Republic. The collection includes lithography by significant artists like Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele, and Alphonse Mucha, as well as exquisite examples of Art Nouveau ceramics. Additionally, the museum showcases artifacts from the golden eras of Opera, Theater, Silent Film, and Cabaret. Century Guild makes available for sale original lithographs, ceramics, and metalwork from 1880 to 1930, as well as select contemporary pieces. They also publish fine art books and exhibition catalogs, and preserve and create art films. Don't miss the chance to explore the unique and captivating world of Century Guild.
