## Description

The Consejo Español de Resucitación Cardiopulmonar (CERCP) is a non-profit scientific health association established in 1999. It comprises various organizations, including scientific associations and public institutions, focusing on vital support (SV) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (RCP). As a leading body in Spain for RCP and SV, CERCP plays a crucial role in uniting societies and organizations dedicated to these life-saving techniques, fostering the development of common standards that ensure quality and consistency in training and practice across the country.

CERCP engages in awareness initiatives, such as partnerships with the Fundación MAPFRE, to emphasize the importance of cardiac arrest prevention and response. The organization also serves as a platform for collaboration, facilitating events like its national congresses and webinars that advance education in SV and RCP. Through publications, guidelines, and scientific endorsements, CERCP is committed to enhancing public health and safety, ultimately striving to improve outcomes for cardiac arrest victims in Spain.
