CERM, the Centre d'Expositions et de Réunions de Martigny, is a cooperative society established in 1976. With over 280,000 visitors per year and an annual occupancy rate of nearly 80%, CERM serves as the premier space for gatherings and exchanges in the Valais region. It hosts around sixty events annually, including exhibitions, congresses, meetings, and popular festivities like balls, concerts, and sports events.

Since January 1, 2010, the operation of CERM has been entrusted to FVS Group, who is responsible for organizing all events held at the exhibition center. However, CERM continues its activities as an infrastructure company, taking care of the buildings and their maintenance. CERM's intelligent, functional, and practical infrastructure, spanning 30,000m2, caters to events of all sizes and domains.
