## Description

CESNUR, the Center for Studies on New Religions, is an international network of associations of scholars dedicated to the study of new religious movements. Independent of religious groups, churches, denominations, and associations, it is managed by CESNUR International in Torino, Italy. Its director is Italian scholar Massimo Introvigne, and the organization presents research and commentary while noting that published texts reflect their authors’ views and are not necessarily endorsed by CESNUR.

CESNUR supports scholarship through publications, conferences, and online resources. Its offerings include the Journal of CESNUR, books and edited volumes, book reviews, texts and documents, and a library database.
