## Description

Cesta za snem is a Czech organization that uses sport and shared experiences to bring people together, regardless of age, disability or physical ability. Founded in 2012, it welcomes disabled and non-disabled participants to take part side by side, enjoy movement and build connections without barriers or prejudice. Its approach grew from founder Heřman Volf’s experience of becoming paraplegic and pursuing new sporting challenges, including a handcycle journey from Prague to Paris.

The organization runs a range of inclusive events and projects, including the Metrostav Handy Cyklo Maraton, in which mixed teams cycle across the Czech Republic, as well as sports days, running events and other shared activities. It also produces interviews, films and video series that showcase inspiring personal stories and promote inclusion. Cesta za snem develops and manufactures three types of exercise and rehabilitation machines, created to help the public experience adaptive sport. Its 111-branded online shop offers products that express the values of equality and solidarity.
