CEXAS is a customer and employee experience association dedicated to building a successful Serbian and regional CX and EX community. Our organization is composed of experienced professionals who are empowered and inspired to radically improve customer and employee experiences in their organizations. We believe that the future depends on how we treat our employees and customers today.

At CEXAS, we offer a range of services to enhance customer and employee experiences. Our Customer Experience solutions include various translations such as customer satisfaction, user experience, and client satisfaction. We understand the importance of employee satisfaction in driving business success, as happy employees lead to satisfied customers.

Through collaborations with leading training organizations like Skills, we create training programs for association members, focusing on developing their skills for the next year. We also encourage our members to contribute to the improvement of CX and EX through sharing practical examples that highlight the significance of CX and positive EX.

CEXAS values the exchange of diverse perspectives, experiences, and approaches to CX and EX throughout the region. We aim to raise awareness about CX and EX to avoid the misconception that CX is an occasional business function. By collaborating with the HR community, we strengthen the link between CX and EX because exceptional CX cannot exist without an adopted EX.

Through strategic partnerships with global (CXPA) and European (ECXO) organizations, we foster networking opportunities to expand our reach and knowledge in the field of customer and employee experience.
