## Description

CFA asbl, the Centre de Formation d’Animateurs, is a Brussels-based training organisation focused on helping people develop the skills to lead activities and groups. Its programmes serve aspiring and practising facilitators, artists, teachers, youth workers and teams, with options ranging from a full-time, year-long course in sociocultural animation to shorter workshops and tailored training for organisations.

The centre offers training in group facilitation, communication, conflict management, authority and relationship-building, as well as creative activities in theatre, storytelling, dance, music and cinema. Participants can explore practical techniques such as making films, leading games and using artistic expression in group settings. CFA also provides training for holiday-centre animators and after-school care staff, including a group-animation certificate programme.

Through media-education sessions and activities, CFA helps audiences examine cinema, series, video games, social networks and other media. Its broader resources include holiday activities, publications, game catalogues and activity programmes. CFA provides information and registration services for its courses and activities, alongside free training opportunities and custom-designed programmes.
