Civic Freedoms Forum (CFF) is a platform dedicated to advancing and protecting human rights, civil liberties, and democracy. We work towards strengthening civil society action and resilience through collective protection of these fundamental principles. Our programmes focus on creating an enabling environment for civic actions and enhancing capacity through various projects. By consolidating resources and building resilience, we empower civic actors to safeguard civic space through collective action, thus promoting a society that upholds civil liberties. Some of our current projects include Enhancing Civic Space to Enable Voices of Civil Society Actors and Protecting Civic Freedoms in the Context of Political Transition in Kenya, which aim to address the violation of human rights and promote the consolidation of civic actions. At CFF, we are committed to keeping the public informed through our Knowledge Hub and The Monitor.
