## Description

The Crimean Football Union (Крымский футбольный союз, KFS), established in July 2015, serves as the governing body for football in the Crimean region. Recognized by UEFA as a special football territory, KFS aims to promote and develop all forms of football, focusing on youth football and grassroots initiatives. Under the leadership of President Sergey Borodkin, the union operates through various committees dedicated to officiating, disciplinary actions, youth football, and the administration of tournaments.

KFS oversees numerous competitions, including the Premier League of KFS, which consists of eight professional teams competing in a rigorous format, and the KFS Cup. The union is committed to enhancing the technical infrastructure required for football's growth, training qualified professionals in coaching, refereeing, and management. With initiatives that extend to women's football and futsal, KFS plays a pivotal role in nurturing football talent and fostering a vibrant sporting community in Crimea.
