## Description

CGTS, or Custom Group Training Solutions, is a South African skills development institution focused on making professional education accessible and career-relevant. It offers occupational programmes and short skills courses for school leavers, working professionals, career changers and entrepreneurs. Areas listed include AI project management, AI marketing, AI software development, early childhood development and community counselling, alongside project management and other skills training. Learners can review each programme’s entry requirements, qualification details and learning outcomes before choosing a course.

CGTS describes its programmes as aligned with national standards and delivered through partnerships with accredited training providers, with relevant SAQA and QCTO accreditation information available for learners to check. Its approach combines flexible study, 24/7 access to learning materials, practical and project-based activities, and guidance from instructors, mentors and coaches. Affordable payment options and blended delivery are intended to reduce barriers to study. CGTS also offers custom corporate and group training solutions, and invites prospective learners to speak with a career coach about selecting a programme suited to their goals.
