La Chaîne de l'Espoir is a non-profit organization created in 1994 by Professor Alain Deloche. They operate in over 30 countries, providing access to healthcare and education for underprivileged children. Their mission is to support children in need by offering medical services, building hospitals, responding to humanitarian emergencies, and providing medical training.

La Chaîne de l'Espoir is actively involved in various projects, including the construction of the Institute CUOMO in Dakar, specialized surgical training in Togo, and school health programs in Thailand.
