## Description

CHAIR UP is a program aimed at helping individuals with sedentary professions and responsible roles to work more effectively, be healthier, more focused, energetic, motivated, and suffer less from chronic pain and fatigue. It promotes physical activity in the workplace and home offices. The program offers applicable office and home exercises, physiotherapy, yoga practices, and therapeutic exercises.
