Chalmers Neighbourhood Renewal Corporation (CNRC) is a dynamic organization based in Winnipeg's Elmwood community. Our mission is to connect people and opportunity for a stronger community. We collaborate with current and former residents, local businesses, service providers, and supporters to develop and implement initiatives that uplift the Chalmers Neighbourhood and the greater Elmwood area.
