## Description

Champoeg Farm is a family-run poultry farm in St. Paul, Oregon, about 30 minutes south of Portland. With nearly 20 years of experience raising pasture poultry, the farm raises its birds from chicks or goslings through on-farm processing. Its methods provide ample space, fresh air, sunshine, and exercise, and its poultry is raised without antibiotics.

The farm sells pasture-raised turkey, chicken, goose, and duck, along with eggs, berries, feathers, prairie pet food, and products from committed partners. Offerings include whole birds and cuts such as turkey breasts and breakfast patties, with frozen products available throughout the year. For Thanksgiving, customers can reserve a fresh turkey with a deposit, indicate a preferred size range, and select the final weight at farm pickup.

Customers can order online and choose pickup at the farm or at scheduled Portland-area locations. The website also provides practical guidance on pasture-raised farming, nutrition, processing, turkey labels, thawing, brining, and cooking. Champoeg Farm’s direct-to-customer approach connects shoppers with locally raised poultry and the people who produce it.
