## Description

CHAMPS is a children’s and youth activity provider based in Graz, Austria, built around the idea “Me. Us. World.” Its aim is to give young people opportunities to learn through experience: discovering their own strengths, engaging with others and developing awareness of the world around them. The organisation’s approach draws on the CHAMPS culture, current insights from brain research, extensive experience working with children and young people, and a strong enthusiasm for its work.

CHAMPS offers varied activities and multi-day programmes, including summer camps, holiday activities and an autumn camp. Its programmes are designed to build confidence, encourage teamwork and support active, hands-on learning. CHAMPS also helps organise activities for events such as summer celebrations, birthdays and company functions. Through CHAMPS-Skills, it provides workshops, introductory days and team-building sessions for groups. The organisation emphasises taking children’s individual abilities and needs seriously, with inclusion put into practice. It also works with partners, including HLW Schrödinger, to help young people become responsible participants in shaping the world.
