City of Chandler's Fire Department is an internationally accredited agency that specializes in responding to various types of emergencies, including fire, hazardous materials incidents, and technical rescue situations. With 11 strategically located fire stations, businesses and homes in Chandler are within close proximity to a fire station and can expect a rapid response in case of an emergency. In addition, the Chandler Fire Department has achieved accreditation from the Center for Public Safety Excellence, making them one of only sixty organizations in the nation to have accomplished this distinction. They have also been recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, further demonstrating their commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
