## Description

Change ETS is a nonprofit organisation working to improve health and reduce inequalities in Madagascar, where it has been active since 2005. Guided by the belief that everyone deserves adequate medical care and the opportunity to live with dignity, Change supports communities through an integrated approach to health that extends beyond treatment to include nutrition, hygiene and prevention.

Its work includes specialist healthcare at the Centro Medico-Chirurgico in Ampefy, an underserved area, as well as the Sakatia dispensary. The organisation also runs nutrition and WASH initiatives focused on water, sanitation and hygiene, and conducts scientific research. Together, these programmes aim to support people’s wellbeing through connected services.

Change reports seven active projects and around 40,000 medical services delivered each year. Among the results it highlights is a 20% reduction in child malnutrition among people it assisted in Ampefy province between 2016 and 2022. The organisation invites individuals, businesses and foundations to support its work through donations, volunteering and other forms of participation.
