Changing Expectations is a brand that is dedicated to changing the landscape of opportunities for underserved communities. Through their STEM, tech, digital skills, and workforce development programs, they aim to prepare Black and Hispanic youth and adults for digital careers and tech entrepreneurship. Additionally, they provide support to teachers in underserved schools and at HBCUs.

By focusing on communities that are often overlooked, Changing Expectations aims to close the STEM and digital skills divide and create digital equity through education and workforce development. Their programs also include IT telecom broadband consulting and sales, providing work-based learning opportunities for Black and Hispanic high school students and adults.
