## Description

Charlie McIntosh is a talent search and research business providing tailored sourcing solutions for senior and executive hiring. Founded in 2018 by Charlie McIntosh, who has more than 18 years of recruitment industry experience, the company works with clients ranging from global industry leaders to high-growth, private equity-backed firms. Its approach is designed to complement in-house Talent Acquisition teams, helping them scale sourcing capacity while retaining control of costs, candidate relationships and the hiring experience.

The company offers three main services: Talent Search, Talent Communities and Talent Insight. Talent Search uses detailed market research to identify, engage and attract senior candidates, including for sensitive assignments. Talent Communities help employers build and manage networks of potential future hires, supporting proactive recruitment and efforts to improve diverse hiring. Talent Insight combines qualitative and quantitative research to help clients understand target markets and make better-informed talent strategy decisions.

Rather than relying on candidate databases or a personal contacts list, Charlie McIntosh focuses on mapping talent landscapes and engaging candidates directly.
