## Description

Charlotte Pollet is a certified IMAGO couples therapist and marriage and family counsellor who supports individuals and couples seeking stronger, healthier relationships. Her practice uses the IMAGO relational approach, a constructive method that treats conflict as an opportunity for growth, understanding and renewed connection. Through guided dialogue, clients learn to listen with empathy, communicate more openly and recognize how personal experiences can shape relationship patterns.

Couples can seek support during periods of tension or major life changes, to address communication or intimacy difficulties, rekindle closeness, or deepen their relationship. Individual sessions are also available for people navigating challenges such as loneliness, grief, low confidence or personal transitions, including when a partner is not ready to attend therapy. Charlotte’s work can also help couples consider separation thoughtfully and constructively.

Her professional background includes training in affective and sexual education, marriage and family counselling, and IMAGO therapy, with further study in couples counselling and separation support.
