## Description

Charly Ngouh is the author and publisher-facing brand behind Comment J'ai Gagné Ma Guerre, a true-story-based book presented as a personal account of hardship, resilience, and life lessons. The website introduces Ngouh, born in Douala, Cameroon, in 1980, whose life included studying law in Britain, serving in the British Armed Forces, deployment to Iraq, and eventually returning to Cameroon after many years abroad. These experiences inform the book’s account of childhood, migration, challenges with integration, relationships, imprisonment, military life, and homecoming.

Comment J'ai Gagné Ma Guerre is a 240-page book divided into 12 chapters. Ngouh describes “war” as a metaphor for personal difficulties, including pain, frustration, disappointment, and disillusionment. The site enables readers to buy or reserve a copy and read or download a free excerpt. It also provides contact information and links to the author’s Facebook and YouTube pages. Through the book and its accompanying online resources, Charly Ngouh shares a personal story intended to resonate with readers and offer reflections on overcoming life’s challenges.
