## Description

Checked is a Belgian company information and business intelligence service that brings official company records together in searchable dossiers and timelines. Its database covers two million dossiers, with information drawn from official Belgian registers and filed annual accounts. Users can explore a company’s history from incorporation to the present, including director appointments and resignations, capital changes, annual accounts, mergers, relocations, insolvency proceedings, and bankruptcies.

The platform offers tools for investigating and comparing businesses, assessing credit and supplier risk, researching sectors and local markets, and reviewing company groups, addresses, directors, and networks. Dossiers can include credit scores and risk signals, financial statements and ratios, official publications, board mandates, and credit-limit recommendations. Businesses can also monitor selected companies for daily updates, assess debtor lists in bulk, and connect Checked data to their own systems through a REST API, with integrations for Excel and Google Sheets also listed.

Searching, reading dossiers, and monitoring are described as free while the service is under active development.
