## Description

Checkpoint Surgical is a medical technology company focused on advancing peripheral nerve surgery. Its portfolio includes intraoperative nerve stimulation devices, biomaterial implants, and specialized instruments for nerve and tendon procedures. The CHECKPOINT Guardian and CHECKPOINT Gemini stimulators use a biphasic waveform designed for prolonged or repeated stimulation without a diminished response. For surgical protection and repair, ACMShield is a minimally processed, dehydrated placental membrane allograft that retains the tissue’s intact layers and can serve as a protective barrier and extracellular matrix scaffold. The CHECKPOINT EDGE Nerve Cutting Kit uses circumferential constraint to help preserve fascicular group alignment and tissue integrity during preparation.

Checkpoint Surgical also provides clinical resources, surgical videos, nerve manuals, and educational programs, including virtual courses and a lecture series. Its materials address procedures such as targeted muscle reinnervation, which is used in the treatment of residual and phantom limb pain. The company offers opportunities to request product demonstrations or trials and shares information about clinical research, events, and product use.
