## Description

Dine with Roilty is a Denver-based private dining and culinary experience brand led by Chef Jarod “Roilty” Farina and his wife, Veronica. Drawing on culinary training in France, Italy, and Thailand, as well as experience in restaurant and catering kitchens, the team brings creative, welcoming service to homes and vacation rentals across Colorado. Chef Roilty has been featured on the Food Network, recognized by Westword’s Best of Denver in 2022 and 2024, and is known for cannabis-focused culinary experiences.

Guests can book customized, three- to seven-course private chef dinners, hands-on cooking classes, cannabis dinners, and cannabis cooking classes. Menus can reflect guests’ tastes, dietary needs, and preferences; cannabis dining offers optional THC, CBD, or non-infused choices for individuals. The company also caters weddings, corporate events, retreats, and private celebrations, with options ranging from hors d’oeuvres and charcuterie to plated, buffet, or family-style meals. Experiences are available in Denver and other Colorado locations, with online cooking classes also offered.
