## Description

CHENDESIGNS is a Los Angeles-based, AAPI-led boutique interior design studio founded by Annie Chen, whose experience includes Kelly Wearstler and Yabu Pushelberg. The studio creates soulful luxury residential interiors that balance timeless design with intentional living, playful tension, and quiet romance. Its approach is rooted in story, shaping homes that feel personal, considered, and suited to the people who live in them.

CHENDESIGNS offers full-service interior design and construction management for new homes, major renovations, and interior architecture projects. Services include planning, sourcing, project management, and turnkey installation. For clients seeking a refresh without structural changes, full-service interior decoration brings together vintage, custom, and newly sourced pieces in a cohesive composition. The studio also provides one-on-one consultations on topics such as color palettes, floor plans, cabinetry, materials, home staging, and art curation.

Space optimization consultations incorporate Feng Shui principles, assessing circulation, furniture placement, room priorities, and environmental factors to recommend practical adjustments. The portfolio includes residential projects in California and Taipei, reflecting the studio’s work across local and international settings.
