## Description

Cherry Trees is a registered charity providing home-from-home specialist care for children and young people with complex disabilities across Surrey, Hampshire and surrounding areas. Its short breaks give children supportive care and activities while offering parents and siblings essential time to rest and recharge. The charity also provides emergency placements at Cherry Trees – Goldcrest Lodge in Hampshire.

Cherry Trees puts children first and aims to help families stay together through reliable, ongoing support. Last year, it supported 63 children and provided 54,867 hours of specialist care. The organisation reports receiving an Outstanding rating from Ofsted for four consecutive years.

The charity’s work is made possible through donations and regular giving, including its Cherry Champions programme. Supporters can also contribute by fundraising, volunteering, joining events, or offering corporate and community support. Cherry Trees organises activities and challenges to raise funds and build community involvement, and shares its achievements through an annual impact report.
