## Description

Chess Cardinals is a community-focused chess club and registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Chesterfield, Missouri. It uses chess as an educational and recreational activity, aiming to support cognitive development, patience, logical thinking, long-term planning, and sportsmanship through education and organized play. The organization welcomes community members at its venue in Four Seasons Shopping Center.

Chess Cardinals offers chess camps, including programs promoted for 2026, and hosts tournaments that give players opportunities to compete in a professionally organized setting. Its events include USCF-rated tournaments, with prizes noted for featured competitions. The club’s website provides online registration and player information, along with details on upcoming and past tournaments and a leaderboard. Visitors can also learn about its Girls Fellowship, team, and other chess-related resources.

Through educational activities, competitions, and community programming, Chess Cardinals seeks to make chess accessible while helping participants develop skills both on and beyond the chessboard. The organization shares updates through a newsletter and invites people to join or support its work.
