## Description

Le Cheval de Jade is a French fine-dining brand based in Mont-Tremblant, in Quebec’s Laurentians. After 19 years welcoming guests at its restaurant in an ancestral house on rue de Saint-Jovite, the restaurant closed, but its culinary offering continues through a chef-at-home service. Chef Olivier Tali prepares homemade meals for groups of six to twelve, using quality local ingredients and favouring organic produce from Laurentian suppliers. Almost all dishes are prepared gluten-free.

The cuisine reflects French traditions and the chef’s creativity, with specialities including fish, seafood, fish soup, bouillabaisse, foie gras and flambéed dishes. A distinctive feature is duckling à la Rouennaise, an approximately 300-year-old recipe that Chef Tali can prepare flambéed in front of guests while sharing its history and techniques. Guests can also receive guidance on wine pairings from Frédérique, explore the wine selection, or order wines through the brand’s private-importation agency. Le Cheval de Jade has received regional and industry recognition, including tourism and dining awards.
