## Description

Chewing Happiness is a Peruvian recipe brand created by Brandon, a chef and commercial photographer who grew up with the food he shares. Trained in Lima and now based in New York, Brandon develops recipes inspired by Peru’s bold flavors and adapts them for modern home kitchens. Each recipe is tested in a real home kitchen, offering practical guidance for cooks who want to explore Peruvian cooking.

The site features recipes across main dishes, side dishes, desserts, sauces, beverages and cocktails, snacks, and soups. Its collection includes well-known favorites such as pollo a la brasa and lomo saltado, alongside dishes like anticuchos, causa escabechada, chupe de camarones, and seco de mariscos. It also explores creative variations, including ají de gallina lasagna and Peruvian sweet-and-sour stir-fry with wontons. Visitors can browse the recipes, learn about Brandon, and follow the brand on social media. Chewing Happiness presents Peruvian food through tested, approachable recipes that bring traditional dishes and flavors into the home kitchen.
