## Description

Cheyenne Village is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families. For more than 50 years, it has worked to help people lead happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives, with services shaped around each individual’s personal service plan and needs.

Its programs include community outreach, in which a coordinator helps families identify potentially available services and benefits, make referrals, complete enrollment, and develop a family support plan.
