Chez Bacchus is a fine-dining restaurant in Long Beach’s Arts District, bringing together seasonal California cuisine and a globally curated wine program. Executive Chef Danny Le creates dishes around ingredients sourced at their peak from local farms, including Black Sheep Farms, while proprietor and Advanced Sommelier John Hansen guides the wine selection in collaboration with Master Sommelier Michael Jordan.

Open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday, the restaurant also offers weekend Afternoon Tea, featuring savory bites, scones, sweets, and premium loose-leaf teas. Guests can choose a classic tea service or a premium option with Golden Osetra caviar and Veuve Clicquot. The wine list includes more than 60 selections from over 15 regions, available by the glass or carafe, alongside handcrafted cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.

For a more personal meal, the reservation-only Chef’s Table is a multi-course dinner composed by Chef Le for a communal group of two to ten, with optional wine pairings.
