## Description

Chez TJ is a contemporary French cuisine restaurant located in the historic Victorian home of Julius and Fanny Weilheimer in Mountain View, CA. With a focus on global and local ingredients, Chez TJ offers a unique dining experience through their tasting menu. Originally established in 1982 by George Aviet and Thomas J. McCombie, the restaurant quickly gained recognition and positive reviews for its exceptional cuisine. Even after Thomas' passing, George and his dedicated team continued to run the restaurant, staying true to their vision. Chez TJ takes pride in its garden, which supplies fresh ingredients for their seasonal menus. Guests are encouraged to explore the community garden, featuring herbs, citrus trees, and a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Whether you're ready for an unforgettable dining experience or simply seeking inspiration for your own garden, Chez TJ welcomes you to indulge in the flavors of contemporary French cuisine.
