## Description

The Chicago Distribution Center (CDC) is a distribution and fulfillment operation serving publishers and their customers worldwide. Based in Chicago and associated with the University of Chicago Press website, the center provides services that support the movement and management of books and other published content. Its offerings span order entry and customer service, online shopping cart support, warehousing and fulfillment, and returns processing. CDC also handles e-content sales, digital printing, title management, and ONIX feeds, along with royalty administration and credit and collections. For publishers managing digital publishing assets, the center offers BiblioVault digital asset management and related IT services. These capabilities bring operational, technology, and fulfillment support together for the publishers CDC serves. The site also provides information about its services, policies, client publishers, and contact options. Located at 1427 East 60th Street in Chicago, Illinois, the Chicago Distribution Center positions itself as a resource for publishers seeking distribution and fulfillment services and for customers placing orders for the titles it handles.
