## Description

The Childhood Healthy Living Foundation is dedicated to fostering healthy lifestyles among Canadian children and youth. With a strong commitment to promoting healthy eating and active living, the Foundation provides a range of programs, advocacy, and community resources designed to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of young individuals. Key offerings include the Generation Health program, an engaging and free initiative for families with children aged 8 to 12, which covers crucial topics such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep hygiene, and mental health. Additionally, the Foundation actively advocates for policy changes that protect children from harmful marketing practices and promote healthier food options. By collaborating with various stakeholders and employing evidence-based recommendations, the Foundation aims to create supportive environments where children can thrive. Recognizing the urgent need for change, the Childhood Healthy Living Foundation works tirelessly to address the pressing lifestyle challenges faced by families in Canada, ultimately striving to improve community health and reduce healthcare costs associated with chronic diseases.
