## Description

Children’s Aid Limited (CAL), also known as the Children’s Aid Society, is one of Singapore’s oldest secular philanthropic organisations, established in 1902. The organisation supports children and young people who have experienced difficult circumstances, including abuse or neglect, helping them recover and build healthier futures. Its work aims to improve mental health, educational outcomes and relationships with peers.

CAL delivers services through Melrose Home and Melrose Care. Melrose Home provides residential care, resources and activities focused on recovery and healing from trauma. Melrose Care offers specialised therapies and support for children and young persons in need. The organisation also highlights Melrose Village as part of its services. Its work includes supporting family reunification, with the goal of helping young people achieve greater stability and wellbeing.

Individuals and organisations can contribute through donations, in-kind giving, fundraising, volunteering, partnerships and legacy gifts. CAL also shares updates, research and information about its programmes and invites the community to take part in events.
