## Description

Chiltern Academy of Martial Arts (CAMA) is a martial arts and fitness academy serving children and adults across the Chilterns. Founded in 2018 by Sifu Mark Lane, who has more than 50 years of martial arts experience, the academy has grown into a community of over 200 students. Its classes are led by black belt instructors and experienced coaches, with training available for a range of ages and abilities.

CAMA offers Wing Chun Kung Fu, Tai Chi, children’s Judo, SparX fitness boxing and personal training. Wing Chun classes introduce techniques including precision striking, chi sao and wooden dummy practice. Tai Chi focuses on flowing movement, balance and wellbeing, while children’s Judo teaches throws, pins and submissions, alongside discipline and teamwork; classes welcome ages 7–15. SparX boxing provides fitness-focused boxing training, and personal training offers an additional way to work on individual goals. The academy invites prospective students to book a free trial or consult its class schedule to find a suitable session.
