The Chilterns Neuro Centre is a local charity based in Wendover, Buckinghamshire, dedicated to supporting individuals affected by multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's, and stroke survivors. Established in 1985 as the Chilterns MS Centre, the organization expanded its services in 2022 to include Parkinson's and stroke survivors, ultimately leading to a permanent pilot program and a name change in 2023. With over 650 members, we offer unparalleled care, going above and beyond what the NHS can provide.

Our modern and purpose-built centre provides a diverse range of therapies, workshops, and treatments to help our members recharge, rehabilitate, and reconnect with their lives and the world beyond their conditions. While our members enjoy our services free of charge, they each contribute £25 annually towards our running costs. Consequently, we heavily rely on the generous donations of our local community to ensure our members can live life to the fullest.
