CHIN Radio & TV is a pioneering brand and the first multicultural broadcast company in Canada. Launched in 1966 by the late Johnny Lombardi, who is widely regarded as the father of multiculturalism in Toronto, CHIN has made significant contributions to the cause of multiculturalism.
