## Description

ChiRunning is a global leader in teaching a safe, efficient, and natural running technique that aims to reduce injuries and improve personal performance. With a mission to help runners achieve efficiency and injury-free practices, ChiRunning is based on the movement principles of T'ai Chi, ensuring that running doesn't have to be difficult or hard on the body. By embracing these principles and connecting mind and body, runners can experience a holistic practice that protects their joints and minimizes impact and overuse. ChiRunning also focuses on proper mechanics to create easy, fluid, and faster running. The technique is based on the centuries-old principle of shifting the workload to the core muscles, allowing gravity to assist propulsion and running lightly. Whether you're a beginner or a competitor, ChiRunning offers various programs, training plans, books, DVDs, gear, and live training programs to support your running journey. Join ChiRunning and start your journey towards efficient and injury-free running today.
