## Description

Ekaterina Netchitailova’s Echoes of a Multilingual Mind is a personal writing platform by a Russian-born author, university lecturer, and doctor of philosophy. Fluent in four languages and shaped by a life spent studying, working, and living across Western Europe, Netchitailova writes about identity, belonging, belief, mental health, and the experiences that make people unusual and compelling.

The site brings together several forms of writing. Readers can follow “Vampire of Oldehove,” a darkly comic gothic serial featuring a Russian-born vampire in Sheffield, and “Psychic Files,” a memoir series reflecting on life changes, psychic predictions, and recovery. Other posts explore topics such as artificial intelligence, faith, grief, cats, and the feeling of having multiple homes. The writing draws on personal experience, academic interests, and a love of reading, theatre, and human eccentricity. Visitors can browse recent articles, follow the author on Tumblr or Instagram, and subscribe to the newsletter for updates. Echoes of a Multilingual Mind offers an intimate, cross-cultural perspective through fiction, memoir, and thoughtful personal essays.
