## Description

Chord Express is a global, peer-to-peer delivery network that connects people who need items from elsewhere with travelers already heading in the right direction. Buyers can post a request describing the item, destination, and reward, while travelers can list their routes and dates and accept suitable requests along the way. The service is designed to help people access ordinary retail goods for personal use and let travelers earn rewards by carrying them.

Payments are handled through a protected balance. When a buyer accepts an offer, the item cost and traveler’s reward are held until the in-person handover is confirmed; payment is then released to the traveler. Users can top up by card or receive USDC on Solana, and exchanges settle in USDC. Posting a request or trip is free, while accepting an offer involves the item price, reward, and a clearly displayed service fee. Chord Express also provides cancellation and dispute processes if a delivery does not go as planned.
