## Description

Chris Masterjohn, PhD, is a nutritional scientist focused on mitochondrial biology and the connections between cellular energy, nutrition, metabolism, performance, and healthy aging. Through his educational platform, he translates complex health research into practical insights to help people better understand factors that may influence energy, resilience, and long-term health. His work explores how nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation interact with mitochondrial function and individual biology.

The platform offers a broad content library of articles, research analysis, podcasts, videos, courses, and practical protocols. Topics include energy production, exercise performance and recovery, metabolic health, nutrition, and longevity. Readers can also subscribe to a newsletter and join Masterpass, a membership offering premium content, courses, podcasts, and research analysis.

For personalized exploration, Mitome is an at-home test designed to analyze mitochondrial energy production and identify possible metabolic bottlenecks, providing insights into cellular energy and health. Masterjohn’s work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals, and he has been featured on programs including Joe Rogan and Peter Attia.
