## Description

Christi Meril is a celebrated contemporary abstract artist based in Dallas, Texas, known for her extraordinary work in multiple mediums, primarily canvas and wood. Her innovative artistic approach involves sculpting various materials onto painted canvases and creating striking wooden sculptures from native Texas woods like Cypress, Pecan, and Bodark, as well as sustainably-sourced old-growth Redwood from northern California.

Drawing inspiration from the vibrant energy of urban settings, architectural elements, and the beauty of natural landscapes, Christi's artwork is characterized by vivid colors and the integration of custom neon lighting, which sets her pieces apart in the modern fine art scene. She aims to celebrate the coexistence of city life and the wonders of nature while promoting messages of inclusion, equality, and love through her art.

Christi's works are exhibited at the ALG Collective in Dallas’ Design District, where she invites art enthusiasts to experience her unique 3D creations that blend diverse materials in unexpected ways.
