## Description

The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation is a leader in advancing research aimed at curing spinal cord injuries and enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families affected by paralysis. Founded on the vision of the late actor Christopher Reeve and his wife Dana, the foundation focuses on innovative research and community support. They have invested over $140 million in groundbreaking studies and initiatives that drive progress in spinal cord injury treatment.

The foundation offers an array of resources through its National Paralysis Resource Center, providing vital information for caregivers, newly paralyzed individuals, and those seeking peer support. They also advocate for policy changes to support healthcare and funding for paralysis research. Engaging the community, the foundation organizes events like the Reeve Summit and encourages participation in Team Reeve fundraising efforts. By fostering connections among those impacted by paralysis and promoting awareness, the foundation consistently works toward a future where every moment is filled with hope and possibility.
