About

Description

Chunk™ is a pioneering brand that is revolutionizing the meat industry. Our goal is to create mouthwatering, nutritious, and environmentally-friendly plant-based whole cuts that are accessible to everyone. While our current focus is on beef, we plan to expand to include pork, lamb, and poultry in the future.

At Chunk™, we employ cutting-edge Solid State Fermentation technology, combining innovation and tradition. This technology allows us to create any texture, nutritional profile, and appearance while minimizing waste. We are committed to using only a handful of healthy, recognizable ingredients in our minimally processed products.

Our clean label approach ensures that our food is made with the same care and attention that we would expect as consumers ourselves. With large-scale production, we are determined to outcompete animal agriculture on price, scale, and efficiency. Our products are proudly made with cultured Soy & wheat, fortified with B12 and Iron.

They are GMO-free, have no cholesterol, and contain 25 grams of protein. Additionally, our products are free from preservatives, additives, and are keto-friendly. Behind Chunk™ is a team of dedicated experts in the field, including our CEO & Founder Amos Golan, VP Business Alex Malamud, and Head of Product Development Itay Uri, among others.

If you want to join the revolution, we are currently hiring. Be part of the change and serve Chunk™, a whole cut that just feels right. Stay updated and be the first to know about our latest launches by signing up for our newsletter.
