Church Clarity is a brand dedicated to promoting transparency in local congregations. As a crowd-sourced database, we assess churches based on our unique Clarity Scores™ methodology, which measures how clearly they communicate their Actively Enforced Policies. Currently, we focus on evaluating church websites for policies that impact LGBTQ+ people and Women in Leadership. Our aim is to eliminate ambiguity, as it can be harmful and allows powerful institutions to operate without accountability. At Church Clarity, we believe that clarity is not only reasonable but essential. It is our mission to raise the standard of transparency within the Church Industry. We provide a platform where anyone can find and submit information about churches, enabling individuals to make informed decisions based on the truth. Our goal is not to advocate for policy changes but to standardize church policy disclosure, regardless of the policy or type of church in question. Join us in our mission for clarity by using our crowdsource form to submit information about local congregations. Together, we can increase transparency and empower individuals in their search for a church community that aligns with their values.
