# CILSA American Foundation - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `cilsaamericanfoundation.org` ## Description CILSA American Foundation is a U.S.-based nonprofit established to strengthen the international reach of CILSA, an Argentine organization with nearly 60 years of experience supporting people with disabilities and vulnerable communities. Its work focuses on helping people with disabilities in Argentina access their rights, participate in society, and build independent lives. The foundation describes wheelchair access as a first step, not an end in itself: alongside delivering wheelchairs, CILSA provides educational training and sports activities intended to support inclusion and improve quality of life. The organization reports having delivered 70,000 wheelchairs and working across 24 Argentine states. Its broader goal is a society where everyone can reach their potential without barriers to growth or participation. CILSA American Foundation works with international partners including Free Wheelchair Mission, Wheelchair Foundation, Walkabout Foundation, and Chair The Hope, and participates in regional and international networks. It also encourages collaboration among civil society organizations and government bodies. Individuals and organizations can support its work through donations, partnerships, and advocacy. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/cilsaamericanfoundation) - [facebook](https://facebook.com/cilsaamericanfoundation) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idmdMMZQ1J/w/459/h/280/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791462495236) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idmdMMZQ1J/w/456/h/456/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791462495595) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cerulean | #06a2eb | accent | | Midnight Blue | #003862 | dark | | Sea Buckthorn | #fcaa2c | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
