## Description

CIMA, the Centro de Innovación y Metodologías Ágiles, provides corporate training focused on innovation, creativity, and practical ways of working. Serving organizations in Colombia and across Latin America, the company designs and delivers programs intended to help teams address real business challenges, improve processes, and adapt to change. Rather than relying on lecture-based instruction, CIMA uses experiential learning, serious games, interactive exercises, and team activities to put concepts into practice.

Its courses and workshops cover Design Thinking, Scrum, OKR, agile methodologies, innovation, entrepreneurship, and intrapreneurship. Offerings include programs in cities such as Bogotá, Medellín, and Miami, as well as scheduled workshops and events. Participants can explore tools for creative problem-solving, apply Scrum practices to team projects, and build skills for more effective collaboration. CIMA also offers a free diagnostic session for organizations considering a training engagement. The company states that its courses are professionally certified with international endorsement from CertiMind, a Netherlands-based education and certification organization. Its programs are designed to support more creative, capable, and agile teams.
